📋 Description

• Founded in 2012, EasyPost is a YC unicorn whose mission is to make shipping simple for businesses, from garage startups to the Fortune 500. • The Senior FP&A Analyst will play a key role in supporting financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. • This position is responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to assist in strategic decision-making. • Assist in developing and managing financial models, budgets, and forecasts. • Conduct variance analysis to compare actual financial performance against budget and forecast expectations. • Prepare financial reports and dashboards to present insights to management. • Support business decision-making through data-driven financial analysis. • Collaborate with various departments to gather data and provide financial insights. • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to enhance financial performance. • Assist in ad-hoc financial projects and scenario analyses. • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field • 6+ years of related experience in FP&A, financial modeling, or corporate finance. • Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to communicate financial insights effectively to non-financial stakeholders. • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. • Knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
