Description

• The OM is responsible for all aspects of operations in the city. • Oversee operations of the city. • Guide the majority of the tours once the city is up and running. • Guide management (hiring, training, scheduling, and general management of guides). • Vendor management - establish strong and good working relationships with all local vendors. • Product development - identify new product opportunities, identifying their potential and developing these in collaboration with Product Innovation. • Ensure full compliance with Eating Europe operating procedures, policies, service standards and values at all times. • Handling complaints and oversee service recovery procedures. • Manage the on-going profitability of the city, ensuring that revenue and guest satisfaction targets are met. • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services. • Handle complaints or objections.
