•We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Art Director to join our dynamic team. •As an integral part of our creative team, the Art Director will collaborate closely with brand marketing, product teams, and all sales channels. •Bring our brand vision to life through compelling visual storytelling and design execution. •The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, fashion, and visual communication. •This role requires a creative, innovative team player with an entrepreneurial mindset, who is passionate about all things Eberjey. •Reports to: Chief Brand and Product Strategy Officer.
•Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Fashion Design, or a related field. •Proven experience as an Art Director or in a similar creative role within the fashion industry, preferably with a focus on sleepwear, loungewear, or related apparel. •Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design solutions, with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout. •Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software. •Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. •Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment. •Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. •Knowledge of print production processes and digital design best practices. •Experience in e-commerce and digital marketing design is a plus. •Excellent organizational, time management, capacity planning, and problem-solving skills. •Detail-oriented team player with a positive, can-do attitude. •Proactive, resourceful, and practical, with a keen eye for detail. •Ability to initiate creative ideas and execute them independently.
