Description

• Support the execution of EIF’s Accelerator Program. • Own all logistics, operations, administration, scheduling, calendar management, and event planning for the Accelerator programs. • Recruit and vet program participants; coordinate the selection process for each program cohort. • Cultivate curriculum based on cohort needs and help the selected participants grow through connections and support. • Engage with the entrepreneurial ecosystem (startup founders, mentors, investors, corporate partners, etc.) and establish themself as a trustworthy and reliable source of mentorship and connections. • Act as the point of contact between Accelerator Portfolio Founders and ECMC Group. • Assist program alumni with ongoing mentor, sponsor and investor relations. • Create measurement metrics and track portfolio progress. • Partner with colleagues across the ECMC Group to host community events while representing ECMC Group and EIF as an ambassador at pan-national community and ecosystem events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field OR 7+ years of relevant experience • 5+ years product or program management experience • Demonstrated experience developing strong relationships with key partners (in and outside the organization) • Proven experience in project management, specifically demonstrating skills such as organization, attention to detail, and ensuring successful completion of work deliverables on established timelines • Exceptional verbal and writing skills, with the ability to write clearly and concisely • Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage multiple project timelines and deliverables • Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn industries, sectors, and dive deeper into the world of startups and entrepreneurship. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) • Ability to travel domestically up to 10% of the time.
