• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred. • 10+ years of experience in procurement, with a focus on manufacturing, parts and material handling • Strong project management experience (project management certification highly desirable), preferred • Ability to operate within a fast paced organization structure. • Strong analytical skills, with ability to think critically, and offer creative solutions. • Detail oriented and tactically focused with the ability to see the bigger picture. • Expertise in Vendor management, category management, strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and contract negotiation. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • High degree of emotional intelligence with capability to build trust and relationship with peers. • Proficient at using common tools used in project management/ management consulting roles (e.g. MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.) or other project planning & management tools. • Excellent project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. • Proficiency in procurement software and tools (e.g., SAP Ariba, Power BI, etc.) is highly desirable.
