Requirements
• Fluent in English, written and verbal communication • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance • Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience • Experience working with accounting tools, preferably Xero • Proficiency in task management tools, preferably Clickup • Strong attention to detail and proven ability to work in a high-pressure environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel • In-depth understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) • Ability to create a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) manual for accounting policy and regulations and implement reconciliation procedures • Leadership skills, experience of team management • MBA or Master's degree in Finance or CPA certification is preferred • CFA or CPA Certificate • Knowledge of Russian and/or Ukrainian • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with employees at different levels
