Description
• Oversee financial operations • Ensure accurate financial reporting • Provide strategic insights for decision-making • Key leadership role • Create Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) manual • Implement reconciliation procedures • Manage cash flow and treasury operations • Prepare and report financial statements • Manage bookkeeping activities • Ensure accuracy and maintenance of general ledger • Develop and implement accounting policies
Requirements
• Fluent in English • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance • Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience • Experience with Xero • Proficient in task management tools • Strong attention to detail • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel • In-depth understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) • Leadership skills • MBA or Master's degree in Finance or CPA certification (preferred) • CFA or CPA Certificate (preferred) • Knowledge of Russian and/or Ukrainian (preferred) • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Able to work in a high-pressure environment
