📋 Description

• Make a real difference in the fight against climate change • Support and guide clients to achieve low-carbon climate-resilient development • Lead multiple complex assignments and contribute expertise to others • Experience with several of 7 service areas including transport, waste, energy, urban planning • Understand strategic initiatives of the consulting team and adopt E Co’s objectives • Act as the Assignment lead, manage contracts, scopes, and ensure quality deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• Postgraduate degree – MBA, MA, MSc, PhD in a relevant technical subject is highly desirable • An outstanding academic and career record • Excellent interpersonal skills, empathetic and open • A minimum of 15 years working experience within the infrastructure sector focused on sustainable development and/or climate change adaptation • A minimum of 10 years relevant experience in: Green/sustainable cities, policy-related experience related to local governance, economics experience in applied cost-benefit analysis, finance experience with knowledge of private and public financing • A minimum of 5 years relevant experience working with municipalities in relevant countries relating to urban sustainability • A minimum of 5 years experience developing strategic plans and to support the transition to green infrastructure • A minimum of 5 years experience writing strategic policy documents • Experience working with the EBRD, WB, EIB and bilateral donors on green cities, smart cities and infrastructure projects • Experience in data acquisition and analysis, stakeholder engagement, economic and financial analysis, green finance • Fluency in English • Positive, resilient, flexible and adaptable “can-do” attitude • Ability to think both strategically and focus on detail/manage the day-to-day • Managed complex teams and budgets in your sector
