🎯 Requirements
• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 8+ years post-qualification experience. • Proven experience in eCommerce, DTC brands, or high-growth digital businesses. • Strong background in financial strategy, budgeting, cash flow management, and commercial finance. • Experience in M&A transactions, financial due diligence, and business integrations. • Prior work in a PE-backed or acquisitive business is highly desirable.
