• Aufbau und Pflege starker, langfristiger Beziehungen zu Kunden, die die Energieverwaltungssoftware von ecoplanet nutzen • Unterstützung von Kunden während des Onboardings, um eine reibungslose Einführung und Nutzung der Plattform sicherzustellen • Hauptansprechpartner für ein Kundenportfolio, mit proaktiver Unterstützung und schneller Lösung von Problemen • Regelmäßige Check-ins und Geschäftsbesprechungen durchführen, um sicherzustellen, dass Kunden ihre Ziele erreichen • Identifizierung von Upsell- oder Cross-Sell-Möglichkeiten und Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertriebsteam • Überwachung und Berichterstattung über wichtige Kennzahlen wie Produktnutzung und Net Promoter Score (NPS) • Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Produkt, und Vertrieb, um das bestmögliche Kundenerlebnis sicherzustellen.
🎯 Requirements
• Mindestens 1 Jahr Erfahrung im Customer Success, Account Management oder einer ähnlichen Rolle, idealerweise im SaaS- oder Software-Umfeld • Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch • Sicherer Umgang mit Google Suite und CRM-Tools, vorzugsweise HubSpot • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Verhandlungs- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
