• 3+ years of professional experience in frontline sales and/or sales enablement • A deep understanding of sales processes, behaviours and KPIs • Knowledge of selling methodologies (e.g. MEDDPICC, SPIN, Challenger, Value Selling) and how they improve sales performance • Experience of designing and delivering enablement programmes and initiatives for salespeople - either remotely or in-person • Worked on cross-functional improvement projects • Passion for passing on your knowledge and training colleagues • German at a C1/C2 level is a must, along with a strong command of written and spoken English.
