📋 Description
• Recherchearbeiten im Bereich der Recycling-Verpflichtungen (EPR) für Unternehmen, insb. für den europaweiten E-Commerce • Überarbeitung und Gestaltung von Word-Dokumenten • Archivierung und Strukturierung von Unterlagen • Erstellung und Pflege von Excel-Tabellen • Entwicklung und Optimierung von Vorlagen (Word, PowerPoint, etc.) • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Informationsblättern und kleinen Designaufgaben • Allgemeine administrative und organisatorische Tätigkeiten • Kommunikation und Austausch mit internationalen Behörden und Rücknahmesystemen für bspw. Verpackungen, WEEE, u.a. • Erweiterung unseres Wissensmanagements • Eigenständige Arbeitsaufteilung in allen Bereichen 😊
🎯 Requirements
• Eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d), idealerweise in einem Studiengang der Umweltwissenschaften, BWL, Kommunikation, Design oder einer ähnlichen Fachrichtung • Sehr sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit einfachen Design-Tools (z. B. Canva, Adobe Express, Adobe Illustrator und Photoshop) • Eine sorgfältige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise • Teamgeist, Eigeninitiative und Flexibilität • E-Commerce, Nachhaltigkeit, Recycling & Compliance findest Du spannend • Du würdest dich selbst als „kommunikativ“, „selbstbestimmt“, „zuverlässig“ und „lösungsorientiert“ bezeichnen • Du hast Deutschkenntnisse auf Muttersprachler-Niveau, sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, und idealerweise mindestens Grundkenntnisse in weiteren europäischen Sprachen (bevorzugt Französisch, Spanisch, oder Italienisch)
