• Answer and direct phone calls. • Organize calendars and schedule meetings, appointments and webinars. • Produce emails and other correspondence and distribute mail, faxes, forms and memos. • Assist in the preparation and distribution of regularly scheduled reports. • Provide general support to visitors. • Ensure operation of office equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements. • Maintain supplies inventory and anticipate supply needs.
• Associate degree is required. • Minimum of 5 years of related experience. • Strong computer skills (Windows, Office 365, Adobe Acrobat, Word, Excel, Access, Power Point). • Capable of learning new databases, running reports. • Flexibility and ability to manage multiple projects. • Solid judgement and excellent communication skills. • Capable of working well in a diverse environment.
