Description

• Education Perfect is an EdTech platform designed to empower educators and amplify their impact in the classroom. • We are looking for a Customer Success Administrator to support our ANZ team in managing customer accounts within the Education Perfect platform. • In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the enrolment of our schools, managing accurate customer data, addressing enquiries and ensuring smooth coordination between departments to enhance the customer experience. • This is a temporary position from 27th January to 11th April 2025 and while our ideal candidate will be based in Dunedin, we welcome applications from anywhere in New Zealand. • Maintain and update customer records in our platform to ensure data integrity. • Assist with securing class lists and enrolment data for the ANZ Customer Success Team. • Serve as a central point of contact for customer enquiries, requests and issues, escalating complex matters when necessary. • Process invoice amendments and redirect other customer enquiries to Sales, Finance or Support teams as needed. • Liaise with Sales and Customer Support teams to ensure alignment on customer success initiatives. • Contribute to cross-functional projects that aim to improve the overall customer experience. • Perform additional administrative tasks as directed by the CS ANZ Managers.

Requirements

• Excellent organisational and time management skills • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively • A customer-centric approach with a passion for providing exceptional service • Team-oriented and collaborative mindset • Knowledge of the education industry or experience with educational software platforms is a plus
