• Coordinate and schedule demos and sales calls • Engage with customers to communicate product value • Maintain accurate customer data in CRM • Monitor and report customer feedback • Address customer queries and collaborate for solutions • Assist the team as directed by your manager • Manage inbound and outbound leads • Collaborate with Business Development Managers

Requirements

• Exceptional customer service skills • Effective phone communication skills • Experience in a performance target and KPI driven environment • Experience with outbound lead generation, including cold calling (desirable) • Experience using HubSpot (or other CRMs) (desirable)
