📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • We are seeking a talented and experienced Full-stack AEM Developer to join our dynamic team. • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both backend and frontend development, with extensive expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and proficiency in the MERN stack. • This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and contribute to the development of innovative digital experiences. • Job Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain AEM-based websites and applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness • Design and implement backend services and APIs using Java and AEM's core technologies • Create responsive and interactive front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Integrate AEM with third-party systems and services, including search technologies and Adobe Experience Cloud solutions • Develop and maintain components within the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) • Implement and optimize search functionality using technologies like Algolia or Apache Solr • Configure and customize Adobe Target for personalization and A/B testing • Utilize Adobe Experience Platform for data management and customer profile unification • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, content creators, and other developers • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability • Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices and coding standards • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends in the Adobe ecosystem
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field • 4-5 years of experience in full-stack development, with a focus on AEM • Strong proficiency in AEM 6.x/Cloud Service and Adobe Cloud Manager • Expertise in Java, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 • Experience with AEM's core technologies (Sling, OSGi, JCR) • Proficiency in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) • Hands-on experience with search technologies (e.g., Algolia, Apache Solr, or Elasticsearch) • Practical knowledge of Adobe Target for personalization and A/B testing • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform and its integration with AEM • Experience with Adobe Analytics and data-driven content optimization • Proficiency in implementing and customizing AEM Core Components • Experience with AEM's template editor and content fragmentation • Knowledge of AEM's security best practices and user management • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Excellent communication and teamwork skills • Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
