Description

•Responsible for the day-to-day digital remediation work required to meet client Service Level Agreements (SLA’s). •Maintain knowledge of digital remediation rules and guidelines in adherence to industry-governed (PDFUA / WCAG / HHS), and Crawford Technologies standards. •Maintain client specifications for digital remediation as it pertains to their preferences. •Maintain knowledge of alternate format rules and guidelines in adherence to industry, governed, and Crawford Technologies standards. •Collaborate with the team on accessible document support and training. •Capable of performing document transcription for all alternative formats provided by Crawford Technologies (Braille, Large Print, Audio, and e-Text). •Maintain applicable security standards. •Ensure quality control processes and requirements are met.

Requirements

•Work experience in an area requiring attention to detail. •Experience using Microsoft Office products. •Any prior experience with desktop publishing is a plus. •Any prior experience with accessible documents is a plus.
