📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, and implement machine learning models and solutions that will drive innovation and improve data-driven decision-making within our organization. • This role involves building, training, and deploying machine learning models, collaborating with data scientists and software engineers, and optimizing models to scale across various applications. • The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in machine learning, data science, and software development, with a passion for solving complex problems. • Key Responsibilities: Design and develop machine learning models and algorithms to address business challenges and enhance data-driven insights. • Preprocess, clean, and transform data to build high-quality datasets for machine learning model training and evaluation. • Train, test, and validate machine learning models, adjusting parameters and techniques to optimize performance. • Deploy and monitor machine learning models in production environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance. • Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and stakeholders to integrate machine learning solutions into existing systems. • Continuously research and evaluate new machine learning techniques, tools, and frameworks to improve model accuracy and efficiency. • Document processes, methodologies, and best practices to ensure reproducibility and knowledge sharing across teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, Data Scientist, or similar role, with a strong portfolio of machine learning projects. • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, with experience using ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). • Solid understanding of machine learning techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, and natural language processing. • Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data visualization techniques. • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and tools for deploying models in production. • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
