Description
• We are Futuremedia, an established digital agency and startup accelerator. • Looking for a results-driven UX/UI Designer for web and mobile products. • Collaborate closely with Product Managers to deliver designs that drive measurable business results. • Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering. • Incorporate market analysis, customer feedback into design. • Create interaction designs and user-centric, conversion-focused interfaces. • Maintain and improve our design system to ensure consistency across products. • Ensure smooth hand-off and pixel-perfect implementation with development teams.
Requirements
• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality work and attention to detail • Figma Expert - You’re comfortable to work with design systems, components, variables, auto-layout, etc.. • Experience in prototyping with Figma - You don’t deliver just mockups, but fully functional interactive prototypes. • Experience in performance-oriented funnels and landings where conversion is a primary requirement • Strong understanding of user behaviour & psychology • Strong understanding of responsive design best practices (many of our projects are mobile first) • Understanding front-end development principles at a basic level - You won’t be required to write code, but you need to have an idea how something you’ve designed is gonna be implemented in the real world. • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration • Experience working in fast-paced product teams • Bonus points • Background as a designer for B2C or SaaS products • Experience in Conversion Rate Optimization • Experience in creating beautiful custom illustrations and/or 3d graphics for web • Experience in motion design/animations for web
