Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA strongly preferred. • 6+ years of relevant hands-on experience in a full-cycle accounting function, ideally in a high-growth crypto or startup environment. • Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and familiarity with international accounting standards. • Deep understanding of cryptocurrency tax, regulatory compliance, risk management, and internal controls. • Experience supporting audits and tax compliance from either side of the table, ideally both. • Resourceful self-management skills with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Collaborative spirit, thriving in teamwork and celebrating successes.
