Description
• Architect, develop, and maintain scalable and robust data ingestion, extraction, and transformation pipelines with Airflow. • Write high-quality, maintainable code in Python to automate infrastructure tasks and improve system reliability. • Work closely with software developers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective cloud infrastructure solutions. • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of the cloud infrastructure, processes, and procedures.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. • 5-7 years of overall backend software development experience. • 2-4 years of hands-on experience with Data Engineering technologies, specifically Apache Airflow, Snowflake, Postgres, DBT, Kafka, AWS Athena, Glue. • Proficiency in SQL, Python or Golang. • Strong understanding of data engineering concepts and best practices. • Experience with ETL tools and pipelines. • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
