Requirements
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to synthesize complex information and data to inform decision making • Hard-working and high-intensity • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Data mindset • Ability to synthesize complex information and data to inform decision-making • Experience taking projects from 0-1 with little oversight and ability to articulate the why's and how's • Strong project management skills and ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives • 1-2 years of experience in consulting, banking, or startup business operations
