📋 Description
• Eight Sleep is the world’s first sleep fitness company. Our mission is to fuel human potential through optimal sleep. • We are looking for a Paid Media Manager with experience in running campaigns on Facebook and Google. • Lead digital advertising campaigns in both Facebook and Google Ads for all markets. • Carefully analyze campaign performance and evaluate KPIs for optimization. • Research keywords, market trends, and competition to ensure competitiveness.
🎯 Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience with Meta Business Suite and Google Ads, with proven success working on campaigns for direct-to-consumer brands, ideally with budgets above $1M per year • Experience with analytics and research tools (e.g, Meta Business Suite, Google Search Console, Google Merchant Center, Google Ads, SearchAds 360, keyword planner) • Capable of working independently, proactively creating plans from the ground up • Develop and continually expand or refine keywords/copies/assets based on performance • Strong familiarity with marketing funnels + attribution analysis • International awareness, with basic understanding of diverse cultures • A strong, proactive communicator with a can-do, positive attitude and a strong desire to get things done
