•The Field Marketing Manager will activate strategies and plans that drive awareness and demand across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), and emerging markets. •This role is primarily focused on executing activities outlined in the Field Marketing Plan, while also contributing to the planning process through insights and collaboration with cross-functional teams. •It offers the opportunity to execute integrated marketing campaigns, lead generation efforts, and customer engagement initiatives on a global scale. •The ideal candidate will bring hands-on marketing experience, a get it done mindset, and a strong focus on achieving measurable business outcomes.
•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). •2-4 years of marketing experience, with a strong background in field marketing, event management, or demand generation in Europe. •Hands-on experience in planning and executing B2B marketing campaigns and events across multiple European countries. •Understanding of European market dynamics, cultural nuances, and business environments. •Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and events simultaneously. •Analytical mindset with experience in measuring and optimizing campaign performance. •Experience working cross-functionally with sales, digital marketing, and partner teams to drive go-to-market initiatives. •Familiarity with marketing tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar CRM/automation platforms. •Excellent communication skills in English; additional European language skills (French, Spanish, Italian) are a plus. •Prior experience in the insurance, fintech, SaaS, or technology industries is preferred. •Ability to travel within Europe as needed to support events and field activities.
