📋 Description

• EisnerAmper seeks a remote Senior Financial Analyst • Coordinate design, testing, implementation, and review of financial systems and processes • Maintain and improve processes for tracking and analyzing operating costs • Collaborate with accounting to ensure accurate coding of accruals, amortizations, and invoices • Partner with financial analysts to produce monthly reporting package for executive leaders • Report on business performance for monthly and quarterly presentations • Perform in-depth financial analysis by synthesizing large data volumes • Drive planning and forecasting activities • Collaborate with business leaders in financial modeling and business case preparation • Build effective relationships across departments and within the FP&A team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance • 3+ years’ experience in Financial Planning & Analysis • Advanced Excel user with hands-on experience in building financial models • Performing scenario analysis • Experience in building and delivering PowerPoint presentations to senior management • Hands-on experience in developing and leading budgeting and forecasting processes • Understanding of GAAP and financial principles • Hands on experience in financial variance analysis • Prior experience in providing decision support to business unit leadership or/and operations leaders including IT, HR, or Marketing • Knowledge of planning systems and advanced use of Excel • Knowledge/experience working in ERP systems (preferably SAP) • Attentive to detail with ability to synthesize and summarize data • Present analysis’ in a concise, insightful manner • Self-starter and problem solver • Effective communicator and team player • Comfortable working independently
