Description
• Train, supervise and develop associates and seniors. • Prepare and review tax returns for individuals and entities. • Build impactful relationships with clients and firm leadership. • Mentor and coach junior team members. • Stay updated on tax laws and apply knowledge to client engagements.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent field. • 4+ years of tax compliance and/or tax consulting experience. • CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent Certification. • Master’s Degree in Taxation or equivalent field preferred. • 1+ year of management experience preferred.
