📋 Description
• Lead the Grant Management software upgrade project. • Oversee the project from planning to delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors. • Manage contracts and stakeholder engagement. • Oversee migration and enhancement of the grant management platform. • Coordinate with development teams utilizing various technologies. • Identify and mitigate risks associated with the upgrade. • Develop a change management strategy for user adoption of the upgraded platform • Ensure operational readiness post-implementation.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. • Proven experience (5+ years) managing IT projects, preferably in grant management or similar industries. • Familiarity with technologies such as ASP.NET Core, Angular, C#, .NET Core, RESTful APIs, and database systems (Microsoft SQL Server and Postgres). • Experience managing projects involving application development and system integrations. • Understanding of grant management processes and cycles. • Familiarity with proposal evaluations, project agreements, and reporting requirements is a significant advantage. • Certification in PMP, or Agile methodologies is preferred. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
