• Company Overview: eJam is a leading consumer products brand incubator and holding company, specializing in direct-to-consumer e-commerce, third-party marketplaces, and retail distribution channels. • Position Summary: The Purchasing Manager will manage the procurement of goods and services from suppliers who are located in North & South America today, ensuring alignment with company goals and operational efficiency. • This role requires a detail-oriented professional who excels at vendor management, cost optimization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. • This is an individual contributor role that reports to the Director of Supply Chain. • This role is fully remote but requires availability during U.S. time zones to ensure seamless collaboration with the team. • Key Responsibilities include Procurement Management, Vendor Relations, Collaboration, and Process Improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of purchasing or procurement experience, preferably in eCommerce or consumer goods. • Proven experience in vendor management, cost negotiations, and supply chain optimization. • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills. • Capable of communicating with North America Vendors on the phone daily when needed. • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and prioritize work effectively. • Proficiency in relevant software tools for procurement and inventory management. • Detail-oriented with a proactive and results-driven mindset. • Bilingual (English and Spanish) both written and verbal is preferred • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
