• About eJam: • eJam is a dynamic and innovative consumer products brand incubator and holding company, renowned for its expertise in eCommerce marketing. • In the role of Senior Performance Marketing Manager at eJam, you will be responsible for hands-on media buying. • You will closely work with Brand Marketing Officer, Creative Strategist, Project Manager and other Media Buyers to develop and implement social media plans. • Key Responsibilities: • Directly manage and execute media buying on Meta and TikTok, setting a high standard for performance and strategy. • Develop a media strategy aligned with eJam’s revenue and profit goals. • Manage the advertising budget, optimizing allocation for financial success. • Drive revenue and profit through effective paid advertising strategies. • Assess and prioritize advertising channels based on ROI and audience engagement. • Build and manage a proficient media buying team across various digital platforms. • Utilize analytics tools for detailed performance tracking. • Foster productive relationships with media vendors and advertising agencies. • Collaborate with Creative and CRO teams to maximize campaign effectiveness.
• Proven success in managing large-scale Social Media advertising campaigns • Proven experience managing an annual margin budget of $6,000,000+ • Strong experience in hands-on Social media buying, along with managing and leading a team of media buyers. • Experience managing remote and distributed teams, demonstrating effective virtual leadership skills. • Demonstrated ability to manage large budgets and achieve financial targets. • Strong analytical skills, coupled with effective leadership and communication abilities.
