Description
• Serve as first line manager of Sales Representatives in assigned geography. • Responsible for hiring, recognition, and development of sales team; • Lead through performance coaching and motivate Representatives to achieve District objectives. • Provide tactical territory/market input and participate in business strategy planning.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales management/people leadership with preferred veterinary pharmaceutical or sales training experience in the veterinary industry. • Strong analytical background and strategic thinking, with proven planning and executional skills. • Must be fluent in both English and French.
