📋 Description

• Our team is committed to enhancing physician and patient quality of life through Elation Health, a SaaS cloud-based clinical platform. • Focused on building a delightful world-class experience that empowers physicians to deliver phenomenal care. • As the Graphic Design Specialist, help shape and evolve brand identity and work cross-functionally with teams. • Design multi-channel campaign assets: Conceptualize and create on-brand visuals for various initiatives. • Create templates and reusable components that empower internal teams to create on-brand content efficiently. • Partner with teams and external vendors to ensure alignment and consistency in all design outputs. • Build simple animations, infographics, and interactive visuals that bring stories to life. • Serve as a brand steward, ensuring all visual work adheres to established brand guidelines while allowing room for creative evolution. • Review and refine design deliverables to ensure they're error-free, on-brand, and ready for production. • Your close collaboration with the marketing team will be essential in delivering a polished, modern, and inspiring brand presence.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience creating compelling, cross-channel brand experiences that drive engagement and elevate brand perception. • Helped maintain brand systems, ensuring consistency while adapting core brand elements for multiple platforms and use cases. • Experience working with cross-functional teams to bring brand identities to life through campaigns, templates, and other creative assets. • Highly proficient in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva. • Adept at managing multiple projects, balancing competing deadlines, and working within a project management system to track progress. • Solid understanding of accessibility-focused design principles, ensuring designs are inclusive and impactful for diverse audiences. • Thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments, maintaining composure and focus as priorities shift. • Excellent communication skills and know how to present creative ideas clearly to teams and stakeholders.
