🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 5+ years of instructional design experience, focusing on systems or technical training development. • 7+ years of experience in developing high-quality, complex content. • Proficiency in a range of content delivery methods, including ILT, vILT, eLearning, and microlearning. • Skilled in assessing training needs and recommending strategic project approaches. • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to support large training projects. • Bachelor’s degree required; a focus in Business, Adult Learning, or Instructional Design is preferred. • Experience in retail or wholesale environments is beneficial.
