Description

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and project stakeholders to identify learning objectives and performance goals. • Conduct needs analysis and learning assessments to identify performance gaps and recommend learning solutions. • Design and develop learning solutions , including technical documentation, job-aids, reference materials, e-learning courses, instructor-led training materials, videos, simulations, and other interactive content. • Design and develop skills-based learning programs that align with the organization's goals and objectives. • Apply instructional design principles to create engaging and interactive learning experiences. • Evaluate the effectiveness of solutions through assessments, feedback, and metrics, and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement. • Ensure learning solutions are aligned with the overall learning strategy and business objectives. • Develop and manage project timelines to ensure timely and successful delivery of learning solutions. • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and effectiveness of learning materials. • Conduct thorough research on industry trends and best practices in learning experience design to ensure the development of cutting-edge and impactful learning programs. • Provide guidance and support to other LXDs on instructional design methodologies, learning experience best practices, and emerging trends in the field.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. • Experience with Graphics / Photo imaging / Video software (Adobe Photoshop , Adobe Premiere Pro , Visio , etc.), Articulate 360 , Microsoft SharePoint etc. with prior experience in using or launching Learning Management Systems is a plus. • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models . • Experience in evaluating the effectiveness of learning solutions and making data-driven improvements. • Strong project management and organizational skills . • Experience with Cornerstone (LMS) and Xyleme (LCMS). • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality learning solutions. • Knowledge of emerging technologies and their application in learning design is a plus.
