Description

• Electra Vehicles aims to optimize battery management systems with a cloud-based platform. • Lead the development and implementation of intelligent software solutions and machine learning applications to enhance battery technology. • Partner with the CEO to drive the company's technical strategy and serve as a technical thought leader. • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing technology team, fostering collaboration, creativity, and technical excellence.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a VP of Technology, Engineering, or similar leadership role in the battery, ML/AI, or Cloud/Embedded software industry. • Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; PhD’s degree preferred. • Deep understanding of battery technology, big data, privacy-preserving technologies, machine learning, and/or intelligent software development. • Proven ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. • Successfully developed playbooks for growing a technology organization within a scale-up environment. • Extensive experience in technology architecture strategy and cloud architecture. • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse and talented team. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
