• ELEKS Information Development Office is looking for an Information Developer (Technical Writer) in Ukraine, Poland, and Croatia. • The project involves revamping digital tools for a multinational British-American firm specializing in professional services and risk mitigation. • The goal is to enhance user experience, streamline business portfolio development, and improve risk management strategies.
Requirements
• More than 2 years in the Information Development/Technical Communication/Technical Writing field • Advanced or Proficiency in English • Ability to show the portfolio of documentation samples or perform the practical test task • Extensive experience with producing various user-facing deliverables: user manuals, help systems, video tutorials, etc. • Extensive experience with MadCap Flare or ATCS • Experience creating documentation using MS Word, including the creation of templates from scratch • Experience starting documentation projects from scratch • Outstanding communication and presentation skills • Initiative and proactive
