β€’ Own and develop a client portfolio of Element Risk Solutions products. β€’ Utilize access to our current customer base with Commercial Leasing Sales teams to market to existing and prospective leasing clients. β€’ Drive growth of the product through Commercial Team and Broker Partner interaction. β€’ Maintain up-to-date client records and report out on sales tracking metrics. β€’ Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and new product offerings. β€’ Assist Broker partner and internal teams with claims processes.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ University degree with at least 5yrs experience or college degree with 5-7yrs relevant Commercial Auto insurance sales experience. β€’ Minimum of 3 years of Fleet Safety and Risk Management program implementation experience. β€’ Must have or will obtain Active Property & Casualty (P&C), Commercial Auto insurance license for all US states preferably. β€’ Must have or will obtain RIBO and other Provincial Insurance broker licensing. β€’ Strong negotiation, sales and communication skills. β€’ Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. β€’ In-depth knowledge of Commercial auto coverages and market industry. β€’ In-depth knowledge of Fleet Safety products and policies. β€’ Familiarity with claims processing and risk management strategies. β€’ Client development/relationship management experience. β€’ Solid understanding of Commercial Auto policy wordings/coverages. β€’ Strong attention to detail, time management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
