📋 Description
• Own and develop a client portfolio of Element Risk Solutions products. • Utilize access to our current customer base with Commercial Leasing Sales teams to market to existing and prospective leasing clients. • Drive growth of the product through Commercial Team and Broker Partner interaction. • Maintain up-to-date client records and report out on sales tracking metrics. • Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and new product offerings. • Assist Broker partner and internal teams with claims processes.
🎯 Requirements
• University degree with at least 5yrs experience or college degree with 5-7yrs relevant Commercial Auto insurance sales experience. • Minimum of 3 years of Fleet Safety and Risk Management program implementation experience. • Must have or will obtain Active Property & Casualty (P&C), Commercial Auto insurance license for all US states preferably. • Must have or will obtain RIBO and other Provincial Insurance broker licensing. • Strong negotiation, sales and communication skills. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. • In-depth knowledge of Commercial auto coverages and market industry. • In-depth knowledge of Fleet Safety products and policies. • Familiarity with claims processing and risk management strategies. • Client development/relationship management experience. • Solid understanding of Commercial Auto policy wordings/coverages. • Strong attention to detail, time management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
