• Financial Management: Oversee and manage all financial aspects of our investment funds, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting. • Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for internal and external stakeholders. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. • Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow projections and liquidity for investment funds. Coordinate funding requirements and optimize cash utilization. • Audit and Compliance: Coordinate and support internal and external audits. Ensure compliance with tax regulations, accounting principles, and industry standards. • Team Leadership: Hire, manage, and mentor finance team members. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the finance department. • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis, risk assessment, and performance evaluation for investment funds. Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making and strategic initiatives. • Systems and Processes: Evaluate and improve financial systems, processes, and controls to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. • Work Order Coordination: You will occasionally be responsible for handling and dispatching work orders from our tenants.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or CFA designation is highly preferred. • Extensive experience (3-5+ years) in financial management, accounting, or controlling roles, preferably in real estate, investment funds, or related industries. • Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Yardi, AppFolio, Rentalize) and advanced Excel skills. Experience with financial modeling and analysis tools is a plus. • Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting standards, and regulatory compliance requirements. • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. • Effective leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior management. • Proven track record of driving financial performance, process improvements, and strategic initiatives.
• Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently. • Financial Controller • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you. • Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.
