• We’re looking for an IT Project Coordinator who thrives on organization, has a sharp eye for detail, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. • You’ll serve as the central point of contact for internal teams and clients — tracking projects from kickoff through delivery, maintaining clear documentation, logging service tickets, and fielding entry‑level help desk requests. • This role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands‑on IT experience, build strong client relationships, and grow into a multifaceted project management professional in the IT space. • Key Responsibilities • Create, maintain, and organize project documentation (project plans, status reports, knowledge base articles) • Log, triage, and track support tickets in our ticketing system • Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables; update stakeholders on progress • Follow up proactively with clients to gather requirements, share status updates, and ensure satisfaction • Respond to entry‑level end‑user service desk requests (password resets, basic troubleshooting, software installations) • Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers with clear, concise summaries • Continuously improve internal processes by identifying opportunities for standardization and automation

• Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently. • Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you. • Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.
