Description

• About The Client: Our client is a dynamic production design agency specializing in servicing Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) companies of various sizes. • Job Overview: This position will work closely with the Director of Design and other team members to execute production design projects. • Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Director of Design and the broader team to meet client needs and ensure high-quality outputs. • Work Environment: You will be working directly with our client's Director of Design, collaborating with a team of designers and project managers.

Requirements

• At least 5 to 10 years of experience in print design and preparation for print (e.g., understanding bleed, trim, and color modes). • Fluency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a must. Experience with InDesign and/or Figma preferred. • Experience in digital design for basic sales and marketing assets including but not limited to web assets, social media assets, email layouts, static ads. • Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and file-sharing platforms such as Dropbox, WeTransfer, and Google Drive. • Experience with project management tools like Trello, Asana, or Monday is preferred. • Fluency and strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken. • Ability to adapt quickly to tight deadlines and fast-paced client requirements. • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple design tasks and deadlines from a variety of clients. • Portfolio showcasing your experience with packaging and marketing design assets. • Previous experience working with CPG companies or within agencies that service CPG companies.

• Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently. • Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you. • Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.
