• You have 8+ years of professional software experience in front end web development • You have shipped at least one customer-facing product • You have helped build a web app from scratch • You are an expert in at least one major JS/TS framework • You are passionate about user interface and user experience • You have experience building complex animations • You write unit tests and develop code that supports automated testing • You communicate clearly and are willing to give critical feedback to improve the user experience • You proactively identify areas for improvement and drive projects to completion without a manager always directing your work • You stay up to date with the latest web development news and technologies
