📋 Description

• Note: This role is with one of our portfolio companies in NCR. • We’re looking for a visionary Director of Analytics to lead our analytics efforts, driving impactful insights, and shaping the future of our consumer experiences. • In this role you will spearhead efforts to leverage data to inform strategic decisions across the organization. • Your role will be pivotal in designing analytics frameworks, leading a high-performing team, and providing insights that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. • Responsibilities: • Develop and execute a comprehensive analytics strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives. • Oversee the development of advanced analytical models (e.g., predictive modeling, machine learning, and AI) to solve complex business problems. • Implement state-of-the-art analytics tools and methodologies to enable efficient data exploration and visualization. • Drive the adoption of data-driven decision-making culture within the organization, ensuring stakeholders understand and can effectively utilize analytics. • Partner with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and other teams to embed analytics into key decision-making processes. • Build, mentor, and lead a diverse team of high-performing data analysts, business intelligence professionals, and data scientists. • Provide thought leadership in leveraging AI/ML to develop innovative, data-driven products and solutions. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the analytics capabilities of the organization.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus. • 8+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data science, with a proven record of driving impact in consumer technology, e-commerce, or a similar fast-paced industry. • Strong proficiency in data analysis, predictive modeling, and statistical methodologies. • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL). • Experience in integrating AI/ML models into real-world applications. • Proven experience in building and leading high-performing analytics teams. • Strong business acumen and ability to translate complex analytical findings into actionable business insights. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
