• Review, negotiate, and finalize domestic and international commercial contracts. • Manage compliance with corporate policies to minimize legal and financial risks. • Provide training and guidance to the global salesforce on corporate policies and contractual issues. • Ensure compliance with risk management policies during contract negotiations. • Collaborate with sales teams for contract negotiation and adherence to policies. • Provide training and support on contract review process and legal issues.
🎯 Requirements
• A Juris Doctor (JD) or foreign equivalent required. • Master’s degree with a focus on international business or legal studies acceptable. • Minimum of 5 years experience in commercial contracts required. • Experience in international business and industrial or engineering sectors preferred. • Experience with Chinese law preferred. • Proficiency in English; proficiency in Mandarin preferred.
