Requirements

β€’ 7+ years of customer-facing experience in account management, customer success, or consulting β€’ Experience ideally in SaaS and fintech β€’ High emotional intelligence and calm confidence β€’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills β€’ Comfortable with technology and able to learn new software β€’ Ability to work collaboratively across teams β€’ Thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment
