Requirements

• 7+ years of customer-facing experience in account management, customer success, or consulting • Experience ideally in SaaS and fintech • High emotional intelligence and calm confidence • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Comfortable with technology and able to learn new software • Ability to work collaboratively across teams • Thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment
