• Handle all aspects of online course production, including conducting market research, curating course objectives, defining target audiences, and collaborating closely with instructors. • Keep projects on track by managing production timelines and ensuring everything is completed on time and within budget. • Work closely with our instructional design, marketing, creative, and sales teams to ensure our course content aligns with educational goals and meets the needs of our learners. • Build strong relationships with instructors, guiding them to prepare and rehearse course material. • Ensure our course content is engaging, informative, and aligns with our brand ethos. • Tackle any challenges that arise during the production process with creativity and a positive attitude. • Keep up-to-date with the latest educational trends and technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • High proficiency in English, both written and verbal. • Proven experience in project management, preferably in an online environment. • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, perform well under pressure, and meet deadlines. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Flexibility to accommodate varying work hours. • Knowledge of current trends in online education and a passion for lifelong learning.
