• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Education, or a related field. • Experience in Talent Acquisition: 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in roles focused on interviewing and screening. • Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage high-caliber professionals. • Sales Orientation: Experience in sales or candidate engagement roles is a plus; the ability to “sell” candidates on ELVTR’s vision is essential. • Insightful Evaluator: Demonstrated experience in assessing talent, with a deep understanding of the nuances that make a great teacher. • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with recruitment and communication tools; experience with Zoom, LinkedIn, and Hubspot is ideal. • Flexible and Self-Driven: A proactive, remote work environment requires excellent time management and self-motivation.
