📋 Description

• Drive operational excellence and ensure efficiency across our organization. • Manage Team Leaders and oversee EMA processes and personnel to meet or exceed operational objectives. • Develop and implement the annual operations plan. • Lead the training, development, and recruitment of EMA Associates to successfully deliver projects and cultivate future leaders. • Champion the health and safety of EMA Associates. • Organize and strengthen the PMO to enhance EMA’s project management capabilities. • Responsible for the management of labor revenue via utilization to achieve Operating Plan goals. • Develops short term and long-range strategies, plans, and budgets based on EMA goals and growth objectives. • Manages Team Leaders, ensuring the expectations, accountabilities and responsibilities of these positions are well defined and understood and annual objectives are achieved. • Establishes processes for project management and people management and provides for management succession. • Actively engaged in nurturing associate growth, fostering the development of client management, fundamental consulting and technical abilities, facilitating cross-training, and matching assignments with available associates. • Member of EMA Safety Advisory Team. Responsible for ensuring Associates are properly trained to ensure project work is conducted safely and that health and safety policies and procedures are followed. • Actively involved in EMA business development. Acts as client manager or Principal-in-Charge as determined to be in the best interest of EMA. • Actively involved in EMA client project work as a subject matter expert, track lead or project manager. Contributes relevant experience and expertise to client projects. • Establishes operating policies and processes consistent with EMA’s objectives and ensures successful execution. • Evaluates operations results regularly and reports progress and exceptions to the EMA Officers.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in an appropriate field. • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, either providing consulting services or managing operations. • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory and management experience. • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. • Actively promotes communication and information flow within EMA operations and between operations, business development and corporate services. • Creates and maintains positive relationships with clients, service providers, EMA leadership, and EMA associates. • Ability to advance goals and resolve problems through influence. • Demonstrated understanding of and success with coaching and developing associates. • Financial analysis skills. • Strong understanding of operational performance management. • Demonstrated understanding of and success with project and client management. • Supports a diverse and inclusive work environment where differences are respected and embraced • Seeks opportunities for continuous improvement.
