🎯 Requirements
Proficient in Figma • Available and responsive during working hours • 1–4 years of experience in email design (not just general web design) • Knowledge of email marketing design best practices (e.g., large buttons, readable copy) • Strong communication skills and effective collaboration abilities • Highly organized with keen attention to detail • Proficient in written and verbal English • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability • Experience with Klaviyo is a strong plus but not required
