• Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role • Excellent communication skills, with a persuasive and confident manner • Ability to work well under pressure and meet daily or weekly appointment booking targets • Experience using CRM platforms and other sales tools • Strong interpersonal skills • High energy and confidence • Someone who listens to diverse perspectives with an empathetic attitude. • A lifelong learner who is performance driven. • Someone who recognizes our customers as our most important stakeholders.
