• Provide administrative support to Benefits team managing employee benefits programs. • Oversee vendor and invoice management across 32 countries ensuring seamless operations. • Support administration of health insurance, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs. • Ensure accurate processing of benefits enrolments, changes, and terminations working with payroll. • Responsible for onboarding new vendors and supporting renewal of existing policies. • Manage invoices and payment tracker coordinating with vendors for seamless payment. • Develop benefits guides, policies, and transactional procedures. • Coordinate with international HR teams for compliant benefits operations.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or relevant experience. • 2+ years of experience in benefits administration in multiple countries. • Experience using spreadsheets and Excel. • Experience with Microsoft Office applications. • Fluency in English. • Experience in different regions is preferred. • Familiarity with HR policies and regulations in different countries. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently. • Proficiency in HR systems. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. • Proficiency in other European languages is a plus.
