📋 Description

• This position is part of the Revenue Operations team, dedicated to delivering expertise in Sales Operations and Business Intelligence to support strategic decision-making and enhance sales performance. • As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in harnessing data to streamline sales processes, elevate business performance, and drive revenue growth. • Reporting to the Director, Sales Operations, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting sales data to cultivate a culture of accurate reporting, insightful analysis, and sustained sales success. • The successful candidate will possess a blend of analytical expertise, attention to detail and a passion to learn and grow to drive impactful outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree. • 2-3 years of B2B SaaS Industry and relevant work experience. • 2-3 years in Advanced knowledge of Google Apps, especially Google Sheets. • Strong Experience with Salesforce CRM and related sales technologies (e.g., SalesLoft, ZoomInfo). • Proficient in manipulating systems tools and large amounts of data. • Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented, growing, market-leading technology company. • Flexibility to change in a dynamic environment. • Strategic mindset with the ability to think analytically, solve complex problems, and drive business results. • The ability to work cross-functionally effectively with a focus of driving accountability and collaboration. • Proficient level written and verbal communication skills. • Well-developed capabilities in problem-solving and crafting efficient processes. • A result and success-oriented mentality, conveying a sense of urgency and driving issues to closure. • An innate drive to innovate and optimize the use of available resources. • Comfort with adapting and adjusting to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change.
