Description

• The Sr. Accounting Director is responsible for overseeing all accounting and payroll functions within the organization. • This role ensures the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls. • The Sr. Accounting Director will lead a team of accounting and payroll professionals, manage financial audits, and work closely with senior management to support strategic financial decision-making. • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in accounting and payroll leadership and a strong background in using NetSuite ERP and Payroll systems.

Requirements

• Required: Bachelor’s degree in Account, Finance or a related field. • Licensed CPA. • Required: Minimum of 12+ years of accounting experience, with at least 7 years in a managerial or director-level/Controller role. • Experience with NetSuite is required.
